In many ways, this is a dream come true. More like a childhood dream that never went away. That dream for some of you might be dressing up as Disney characters for your "fairytale" wedding. But for Darius, it is the journey of finding the perfect music. Well, he didn't find the perfect music, but he did discover that it is the variety of music that makes music collectively perfect and colourful. Absolutely brilliant and beautiful.

You see, growing up as a classical musician in Hong Kong, music and Darius were love at first note. But it wasn't until someone graciously introduced him to Jazz music that he realized that there's so much more out there to explore. His search for music has begun. His mother recalls him spending hours searching for music at various record store. He didn't know where and who to look for. He kept thinking, if he only had that person to introduce him to more music.

Panel to Darius is the answer to that mystery. it is like that friend that likes to introduce you to records and interesting new sounds. Our app does not depend on a computer algorithm to tell you what you should listen to. It is solely through the connection of human beings. Human interaction, what a concept! Nobody, especially in this age has hours everyday to go find quality new music. So Panel has gotten our hands dirty, going around to a variety of established taste-makers and asking them what they listen to. We take advantage of the opportunity to not only ask what they are listening to now, but what they used to listen and how they got into music. 2 of their album selection will end up on the application, streaming in it's entirety, along side with the interview.

We are still marveled by the stories and memories these taste-makers/panelists shared. For some of these Panelists, music is even a spiritual experience. We'll be introducing our panelists one by one, one week at a time.
